Creamy Lapsang Souchong Mushrooms on Ciabatta Bread
 

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1½ cups Mushrooms, cut into quarters – your choice type
  • 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp Steeped Tea Lapsang Souchong tea, ground
  • 4 tbsp Goat cheese with herbs
  • 8 slices Ciabatta bread, toasted
  • Sprig of parsley to garnish

Instructions
  1. Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan.
  2. Add mushrooms and garlic and cook for 3 minutes stirring frequently.
  3. Add cream, parsley and Steeped Tea Lapsang Souchong and cook for a few more minutes.
  4. Crumble goat cheese in and stir until almost melted
  5. Serve on ciabatta bread and garnish with parsley.
