Steeped Tea Citrus Sencha Recipe

Citrus Sencha
 

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Steeped Tea Classic Sencha
  • Water, boiling
  • 3 slices Orange
  • 3 slices Lemon
  • 3 slices Lime
  • ½ cup Fresh mint leaves
  • Water, cold
  • Sugar syrup
  • Crushed ice

Instructions
  1. Put Steeped Tea Classic Sencha into your Bodum pitcher.
  2. Fill halfway with boiling water.
  3. Add oranges, lemons, limes and mint.
  4. Let steep for 10 minutes
  5. Remove loose tea, fruit and mint.
  6. Fill the rest of the pitcher with cold water.
  7. Add a sugar syrup and serve over crushed ice.
