Chocolate Mousse with Dark Chocolate Chai
 

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 medium Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Steeped Tea Dark Chocolate Chai, ground
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • Whipped cream

Instructions
  1. Place the chocolate chips, egg, Steeped Tea Dark Chocolate Chai and vanilla in a blender and chop.
  2. Heat the cream until small bubbles appear at edge. Do not boil.
  3. With the blender running, pour in the hot cream.
  4. Blend until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  5. Scoop into dessert dishes or store bought chocolate cups with a dollop of whipped cream.
